SwiftStart — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of products and services provided by Durat AlZahirah for Software and Trading ("we", "us", or "our"), the company behind SwiftStart. By purchasing or using any SwiftStart product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Product Overview

SwiftStart provides digital Micro SaaS kits that include a business idea, branding assets, UI/UX designs, roadmaps, and market validation insights. These are packaged for solo founders and small teams to accelerate their MVP development and launch.

2. No Guarantee of Success

SwiftStart offers tools and strategic guidance based on best practices and market research. However, we do not guarantee:

• Business success, profitability, user acquisition, or investor interest
• That your specific use of the kit will result in any particular outcome

You assume full responsibility for how you use the product.

3. Intellectual Property & License

When you purchase a SwiftStart kit, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the included materials for your own business.

You may not:

• Resell the kit as-is or in parts
• Repackage the design or idea for others
• Represent SwiftStart or Durat AlZahirah as a partner or co-founder
• Use our name, logo, or identity as your own

We retain ownership of the original intellectual property, including designs and concept frameworks, unless explicitly transferred in writing.

4. Exit & Usage Policy

If you choose to exit the process early, the following terms apply:

If you exit without paying the applicable fee, you may not use the idea or intellectual property in any form, and all IP rights remain with us.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and customized nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Durat AlZahirah for Software and Trading shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the product.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

7. Use at Your Own Risk

SwiftStart kits are intended for informational and strategic use only. Market conditions, user behavior, and execution vary. You are solely responsible for all business decisions and actions taken using our materials.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our products or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
